Gathryx Privacy Policy

Gathryx stores the minimum service data needed to provide the bot and dashboard experience, including account identity, selected guild settings, permissions, and module configuration.

When enabled by a server owner or authorized editor, Gathryx may also store logs, moderation records, counters, panel data, backups, verification decisions, and analytics needed to operate configured features.

Email addresses and optional security settings such as authenticator configuration are only used for account management and service access. Gathryx does not sell private user data.

If you no longer want to use Gathryx, you can remove the bot from your server and stop using the dashboard. Operational records may remain only as long as reasonably needed for service integrity, abuse prevention, or account security.
